Zhilabs NetLiner Powers Vodafone Proactive Analytics


Zhilabs, a Samsung company and the organization behind NetLiner, announced today that its NetLiner product – which provides real-time end-to-end subscriber-level visibility — is in production at Vodafone, powering Proactive Analytics.

Zhilabs NetLiner helps Vodafone to:

  • Proactively understand their customers and real Quality of Experience for different services like video, apps, connectivity and other Value Added Service (VAS).
  • Understand the impact of Over the Top (OTT) applications and VAS as they penetrate the Vodafone network.

Zhilabs’ NetLiner uses advanced machine-learning technology to operate on encrypted traffic (video Quality of Experience) and offers Vodafone an Open Data environment.
